Adding Profiles

What Could I possibly be doing wrong when I add or edit a profile. When I try to add a profile eg:( BDP S370) I save the profiles.XML file, stop the servio service, and turn off the serviio console. I believe I've tried every variation of these 3 things yet every time I go to restart Serviio I get Cannot connect to serviio, it does not seem to be running. Exiting...

Any help would be appreciated.

Using windows notepad on windows 7 machine to edit.

There should already be a sony BDP profile as part of serviio 0.5

check the log, it'll probably say the XML file is not correctly formed. Also make sure your new profile has a unique id.
