Xbox360 Transcoding issues?

Hey all, Serviio 1.4.1.2 running on Fedora 20, Core i5-3470K / 8GB ram / 6TB Raid 5 array.

Archer C7, Xbox 360S, wirelessly connected.

Ran the ffmpeg command, and getting ~146fps.

Now, when I stream to the Xbox 360, runs smooth for ~1 minute, then stutters. Play smooth for a bit, then stutters again. I checked, and Serviio is only sending ~700KB/second while streaming (720p MKV) - my server has no issue sending 15-18MB/s, so I can't figure that the issue is bandwidth....

Any ideas?

it may be the audio causing it lagg behind, if you are having to re-encode audio as well as video it can cause issues.

ffmpeg can't handle audio and video transcoding?
