i only had a quick glance at the log, but i don't think anything in there is a sign of a disconnect. LCS (league of legends) has been fucking up/overloading twitch's service lately; many people frequently get stalls in the flash player, too. this is sometimes alleviatable by re-loading the video, so frantic force refreshing is the only move that might help. also check that you're using the correct profile, because i have an ES generation samsung tv and that doesn't need transcoding, and i was under the impression that the media players were pretty much the same along C/D/ES/F.
