Automatic Service Start without Windows Log In

Hi, Recently I installed Serviio on my Win 8 PC.

On the PC there is my private account, but I want my family to reach the movies on TV even if I'm not at home.
Is there a possibility to make Serviio run even if no one is logged on the computer. (so when my family want to watch movies, they turn it on, and when the log-in screen shows up, the Serviio will be visible on TV and fully functioning.)

Actually, that's the was Serviio installs on Windows. a user login is not necessary. It is installed as a Windows Service and starts on computer boot.
