Serviio and WDTV issue

Hi,

I installed Serviio on my computer and everything is fine, it did detect my WDTV. I added a live stream to the library and WDTV picked it up, the problem is when I play the stream it will take at least 2 minutes to play/start, it's a really long time to start a channel up even when I change from one stream to another.

the stream is a http link.

On VLC it opens in 3 seconds.

Can you please let me know if there is anything i CAN DO / CHANGE on my WDTV config files or the serviio software ?

Thanks for the respond.

I did look at the open ticket and the first person mentioned something about the videobroadcast. I did add
class => object.item...... and so on to my WDTV UMSP.php conf file, but nothing happened still the same.

is that the right place to insert it ? or which file I should edit ?

And you wrote Changed version from 0.6.1 to nothing. ???? what do you mean.

So you don't think it's something to do with transcoding ??

It means i know about this problem, but it's WDTV specific and I'll look at it in future at some point. You can't do anything ATM.

Same problem here ... 1 minute to load a live stream.

And it can't play the BBC rss streams reliably - the audio drops out after about 1 minute.
