iPad2 AcePlayer not seeing MOV files

I am running Serviio on a i7 PC, Windows 7. I am able to see photos from AcePlayer on iPad2, but not the MOV files (not .iso's either, but I don't think Seviio serves up .iso images). Using MediaLink on iPad2, I am able to see the MOV file, but it won't play them. Am I missing a configuration somewhere? Thanks.
