Streaming wmv files to Sony Bravia

I have a wifi network using a Win 7 64bit PC, Virgin Superhub and Serviio to replace WMP12 streaming to a Sony Bravia TV. The network connection is fine, the thumbnail shows and the film appears to begin loading, but then nothing. The profile is set to Sony Bravia TV though I have tried others. With generic DLNA profile I just get "Playback Not Available", same as WMP12. The file is a wmv film downloaded from Blinkbox. Is there a way around this? Thanks.

on your actual issue please provide an " ffmpeg -i " report for the file that does not play ( see my signiture for a how to )

Could you post information about this file (ffmpeg -i <file>)?
I want to know how ffmpeg displays the information of such protected file.
