That sounds like a DNS issue on your home network. You might try changing your DNS server settings to the Google servers (8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4). Or perhaps your router has some sort of firewall rule that is blocking the site.
Unlikely, but it's possible your ISP is blocking it as well. Some ISPs will block known malicious sites without telling you. Their list of sites could be bad.
