Just a thought, but usually connection issues are network related, particularly if you are using Wi-Fi. Of course, your network may be rock solid and the problem lies elsewhere. Possibly a computer network card and/or driver issue.
Take a look in the Serviio log and see if you can spot anything unusual with a time stamp matching your lost connection. Since it does it on the generic profile, that leaves FFMPEG off the hook, since it's only used for transcoding and the generic profile does none.
It's also possible that Samsung has a problem with their firmware. I still have issues with my JU7100 with HDMI Control losing connection, and the ARC connection as well. Samsung hasn't really enamored me with their technical support.
