Internet on Sony 40EX700
I'am using shortly serviio in combination with a wireless network. And it is great watching movies directly from the laptop on the TV.
But is it also possible to get the laptop display on TV ?

What is the model or bandwidth of your PLC?
Is it 85Mbps or 200Mbps?Kutusov wrote:It finds properly the files but when playing the image freezes every 2 minutes and sometimes says that he cannot find server.
Is it for all video, or only a few?
If only someone, check the video bitrate of the video file with Video Bitrate Viewer tool.
The video bitrate must be <20-25Mbps for Sony EX700 device.

Thanks for the sufggestion Cerberus. I will try with a direct RJ45 (I need to buy one). The router and PLCs give me 35MB of speed, and is the router that provides my cable company. Other way maybe the sony wifi adaptor to connect with the PC but I don't want to spend 80€ if I can avoid it.
