Hi there, my humax 5500 HD DVB read and works only with AVI files coded:

- - Type VFW
- - Function Decoder

I tried almost all the profiles but I've not found any compatible.

Is there any chance to transcode all other coded formats to this one so that the decoder can work with all of them.

transcoding to AVI is not possible. Try DirecTV profile which transcodes to mpeg2.
