I've tried searching for profiles for Panasonic AS640 Series (my exact model is PANASONIC VIERA TX-48AS640B).

I wouldn't know how to write one myself, does anyone know?

Have you tried the Panasonic Viera 2013 profile that comes standard with Serviio?
