applehttp transcode target, segment size

Is there a way to set the segment size for the applehttp streaming container?
Also is there a way to set the number of segments per playlist?

if you unzip serviio.jar, there is a file serviio.properties with relevant properties. Change those, zip it back up and restart Serviio.
