output video had bad video artifacts and blackness after awhile like it wasn't encoding the I-frames correctly. (i did kill the ffmpeg job so the output file is shorter deliberately) artifacts displayed on 2 different output devices and on my pc when i tested the output file.
This is the output file that plays fine

I haven't really looked at any of the above outputs yet but for information at the moment. I think they are probably the same output details except 1 has artifacts the other doesn't likely a bug in ffmpeg that we use by default.
