Media browser issues

When listening to flac file in a directory, the next in line does not automatically play (as they do with MP3)

With long file names the name of the track is not visible with the current layout. It needs the ability to show tracks as a list instead of as icons.

Considering getting the pro licence but these issues make this less attractive. (not to mention the hell of installing ffmpeg lol)

Re: Media browser issues

If you are on Windows, ffmpeg comes pre-installed with serviio. Look in library folder.

ffmpeg is not hard to compile, if you follow instructions. Just takes a few mins ...

Re: Media browser issues

I'm on Linux and fedora 14 so getting that version of ffmpeg was a major hassle.

Anyhow, the flac play list issue turned out to be one album that must have been corrupted.
