deploy video playlist on remote nas

Hi all,

I am a very newbie to Serviio and to media streaming...

I have a qnap nas and I need to deploy video playlist to remote nas devices...to those nas devices are connected hdmi TV
Can I use Serviio from this "central" nas and the serviio plugin on remote ones?
Or is better a window console and the plugin installed on remote nas?

And which is the best way ?
Can I find a guide here?
