Media Browser

Hi, I installed Serviio and uploaded CDs to the library. All fine apart that I have tens of copies of the same tracks in the media browser and on the Octavio streamer.
How can I clean that up ? (apart from trying to delete 1,000 files by hand (and if so; how ?))
