Unable to Download Serviio on IPhone 4s

Not sure what you mean by this. You don't "download" Serviio onto your phone. Serviio runs on your PC (Windows, Mac or Linux) or NAS device and provides audio/video streaming via DLNA. Since I don't have an iPhone, I don't know what sort of player app is available for it.
