Best device for viewing?

I have been reasonably happy with my Sony SMP-N200 boxes, but they require transcoding my MKV files. This removes the ability to select alternate audio and/or subtitles. I just bought a Sony BDP-S3100 Blu-Ray player, and it seems to play my MKV files natively, since I can select the above items. It also seems to be handling some extremely high bitrate videos (Dark Knight Returns, average of 50Mbps). DTS Master Audio. My current N200 players support Dolby True HD, but not the high end DTS. I don't have this new player on a system with surround sound, so I haven't confirmed that it is truly sending the DTS-MA bitstream over HDMI. I'll have to try that.
Before I go out and replace my existing media players with this BD player, I was wondering if anyone else has experience with other brands that would do the same thing. My requirements (besides DLNA support, obviously) is support for Amazon Instant Video and Netflix. Everyone seems to support Netflix, but Amazon support is not universal.
Thanks!
