Serviio

Hi, I am new with this software which is the best I've seen until now but I have some doubts. I do not know if it's a configuration issue or this is lke this. Let me explain. I am using a PC wit XP as server and an Android tablet with Serviio's app.

1. when in Audio I choose either Albums, Artists and Composers, I see the items (Artists for example) and when I drill down I see the Album. Perfect. But when I choose Genre and then Classic Rock, for example, I get the tracks instead of the Albums. Why ?

2. Is there any way to look for Conductor also. How does one setup this search mode?

3. How do I change the sorting of tthe pictures ? By date the picture was taken for example.

4. Can I run the pictures as a slideshow ?

I've tried to find answers for these questions but I was not able to find them.

1. Because each track can have different genre, genres are not bound to albums

2,3. It's built in and not changeable

4. Depends on your renderer

If by Serviio's android app you mean ServiiGo, then both 3 and 4 are on my todo list. However, 3 will only allow sorting images in a folder by date, it won't allow sorting folders by date.
