Release Year not working

I've update Serviio to 1.3 and left it running for 2 days and all is working well. It's finished scanning meta data etc....

So the new option is to list files by Release year. However only 1 result out of 400 is listed from 2009, nothing else. This would he a useful feature but how do I get better results? All folders and files are clearly labelled with a year so all the clues are in place for Serviio.

Are you talking about the video release year? Are you using online metadata?

Yes and yes.... I guess it's failing to get most the meta data hence the 1 result. The folder structure is one sub folder per film e.g title (2013) then the file name the same. I don't have nfo or anything else.

It should work with online metadata. let me check on mine.
