Cant get serviio to pull metadata

Got Serviio running on my headless Ubuntu 12.04 server. Streaming to my Tab,XBMC, everything. Works great. I control it through a console on my laptop. I have tried several times to get cover art downloaded through Serviio but nothing ever happens. Does Serviio need permission to my files or anything i may e doing wrong? Thanks

It should work, as long as the Ubuntu has access to internet. Enable
detailed log, Force Video metadata refresh and look for hints in the log. Also what is your renderer? Some don;t support thumbnails for videos (Sony BDP)

xbmc Linux htpcs. I do have a Sony bdp but my transcoding won't work with my makemkv files. and yes my tenderer is properly selected but anyways ill start another thread on that.
