Serviio Software Not Detecting Network Devices

Hi everyone,
I’m Facing trouble with Serviio software not detecting network devices on my local network. Despite the devices being online and properly connected, Serviio fails to recognize them, which is affecting our operations. I’ve verified that network settings are correct and that there are no issues with the network itself https://19216801.pro/ here is my problem iam facing. did anyone previously faced this .need your guidance to solve my issue. It isn't important for Serviio to detect a player device. Some devices don't advertise themselves as a media player over the network, so Serviio doesn't see them until the device requests to connect. So, as you saying that nothing on your network can see Serviio to connect? That would indicate a likely firewall issue on the computer running Serviio. Can you use a phone on your network and see if VLC can see it?

I'm moving this into a different part of the forum, because you posted in a place that users that might be able to help will never see it.
