i have a strange thing on my philips tv.
On my pc the shared directory is as folow. Directory films - directory with the name of the film.
Directory series - directory name of the serie -> directory with the name of the seaon1 seaon2 and so on.
The strange thing is when i co in the list on the tv to the menu series for one serie i see only seaon2 and not seaon1.
When i go to folders ->films->series->name of the serie i see the directory for seaon1 and 2.
Why?

It sounds like it might be misidentifying the Series season folder. Personally, I don't go to separate folders for each season. I have a single folder for each series. By having separate folders, Serviio has to identify each folder separately. If there's any possible chance of mis-identifying a series, it might happen on some season folders and not others.

I have several TV series that use the same name but are completely different shows. Some examples: Hawaii Five-O (I have the 1968 version, but they rebooted it in 2010), Doctor Who (I have one season from the original 1963 show and then numerous seasons of the 2005 reboot), and Dragnet (1951 and 1967 versions). Serviio can have issues identifying them, so in some cases I've added the IMDB number to the root folder of the series.
