Hello, I have videos on several drives, in my case drives F:\ and U:\, and I am curious if it is somehow possible to add several locations (folders, paths, ..) into one shared folders or if I give a same display name for several locations it will be shown (and also behave) as one "folder" when accessing it

what I want to achieve is that those two folders will be shown as one

No, not within the Folder view. It will always show each separate folder as entered in the Serviio console. The media titles are all merged under both the Titles and Movies presentation. Playlists will also merge separate locations into a single list.
