Hello.

I have:
Thomson TV (55" Thomson 55UD6306)
Serviio PRO v 2.2.1 (licenced)

Library contains 72 films, 1 user (admin)
Status:
1 connected device (IP is same as TV), profile: Generic DLNA profile, user (admin)

When i try to connect to serviio from tv i'm able to see Presentation categories as from application (so connection and getting info is working)
But when i go to any folder to see any movie: there is nothing to show

Additional info:
Windows 10,11 - nothing working
Kaspersky Antivirus - licenced - even when i close him still nothing to play
Films are stored on external disk WD Elements

Please any ideas what is wrong?

And yes ... sometimes like 1/20 or rather 1/30 it will magically work only for 1 film.

It sounds like none of your media are playable by your TV without transcoding. The Generic profile does not transcode anything, so any media must be supported by the player (your TV). As a test, you might try some of the other TV profiles, such as Samsung, Sony, or Roku. If your media is now shown (or at least some of them), then you've identified the issue and now must determine the best profile to use.

And I am assuming you see all your media when you use MediaBrowser on a computer, right? Just need to confirm that Serviio recognizes the media as playable. Also, the Serviio console should show an accurate count of your media files on the "WELCOME TO SERVIIO" tab.
