Subtitles disappear

Hi
I'm using Serviio v2.0 and up to this latest update I had no problems with subtitles.
Now they start displaying ok, but after some time (30-40 minutes) they disappear.
Stopping playback and starting it again shows subtitles but with long movies this needs to be done several times.
I tried using external subtitles and subtitles encoded in MKV and result is the same.
Something with this update is causing this problem.

Update - I uninstalled v2 and reinstalled v1.10 and subtitles seem to work just fine.
No other changes, same system, same files.
On log v2 was not showing anything, just that playback was started and then stopped at 67% ( I stopped manually when subtitles disappeared) and then that it was started again and ended at 100%.

is it for all subtitle files?
Can you send me an example srt file that has this issue?

Any srt subtitle, I use only srt or subtitles that are in mkv. All files I use are in 1080p and mkv container.
Problem occurred at roughly 35-40 minutes from start of playback. With TV series I had to stop and start replay only once, with longer movies 2-3 times.
I can send you example movies or subtitles but there is no pattern as it happens with any of my files that is longer than 30 minutes.
Playback is with Samsung TV Player J series.

so if you play file with subtitles, can you look in the transcoding folder of Serviio (defined on the Transcoding tab in the console). There should be some folders and one of the will include the srt file extracted from the MKV. See if it's complete.
Also please attach a screenshot of your Subtitles Serviio console tab.

OK, I'll update to v2 again when I have time, right now I'm a bit busy so I don't want to mess working 1.10. Problem is not present with 1.x, it only started with 2.0 update and downgrading back to 1.10 fixes it.
But it is something to do with some cache.
Starting TV episode plays subtitles up to roughly 67%, then they just disappear. Then I stop playback, press play (it continues where it was) and subtitles work just fine from that point to next 35-40 minutes.
I report back when I have time to test again.

No errors at all, I checked that log from v2 with debug-option but there was no errors.
I will try v2 again and post log then.

My subtitles don't appear at all in the MediaBrowser. Forced subtitles or otherwise. I've ripped movies in a dozen combinations using DVDFab v11, MakeMKV and Wondershare UniConverter. Tried to use embeded subtitle data as well as external .SRT files. No subtitles appear. However, the subtitles DO appear in the ServiiGo app on my Android smartphone. So the data are there, just not coming through in the MediaBrowser on a PC. Have tried Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers. No joy.

A stupid question, but did you click the CC button on the player (it should be shown if there are subtitles available)?

Wow, been away for a while. Remembered this topic due a friend testing Serviio and he has same problem.
No subtitles on 2.x
And answer to previous question, Serviio2.x does not show any subtitles attached to file but 1.10.1 show those and can be selected to be on/off or select any from available ones.
