Hi!

I found an issue similar to https://bitbucket.org/xnejp03/serviio/issues/1020/user-rating-not-working-for-series but this happens to movies with 1.9.1. Almost all movies in my library affected.

  Code:
2018-03-18 18:56:34,563 INFO  [MediaFileIndexer] Updated 'Transformers 3.' (/mnt/storage/media/Filmek/3D/Transformers 3. 2011 [3D, HD, AC3[hu, en]].mkv) in Library
2018-03-18 18:56:35,487 WARN  [VideoMetadata] Ignoring video rating 6,3 as it's not between 0 and 10

Thank you,
Cina.

Updated to 1.9.2 and movies rating working again!.

Thanks Zip!

PS: On the other hand, new version is working fine by the moment (seems more stable than 1.9.1 update :P)
