LOST LICENSE FILE

I've tried emailing to get my license file, but never got a response. It's been several years since I purchased pro, but the database had to be reset and I need to re-upload the license file. Who do I contact about getting this handled?

You email Zip (at) serviio.org, or send him a PM with the email address you used when you purchased your license.

I've done this, but still no response.
