[SOLVED]1.9 Not seeing movies that 1.8 did

Just upgraded to 1.9
There are now 11 movies which I could see on my device in the previous version which have now "disappeared".
I think it might have something to do with the "user rating" button on the "video presentation" tab.
I disabled it in the new version and now I can't see certain movies.

Nah, that only stops the category from being displayed. Set it back and the category should be re-displayed.
Suspect the profile has changed (had you customised it previously) and some file are not being transcoded which need to be. Look at the 11 files using MediaInfo - is there a common video format or audio format across the files?

Hi and thanks for the reply.
Cannot see a common link for the files.
Can't remember if I did customise one of the profiles.
Would it have backed up anywhere when I upgraded?

I had the same problem, after long tries - solution:
1. Delete all folders from the chosen for video.
2. RENAME folders on computer (keep the videos).
3. Set NEW folders in Serviio.
I do not know why and how, - it worked for me!

Nice one DIXXX
All my movies are just files, no folders, so a rename of each and it worked.
Is this a bug on the new version?
