Is Serviio able to share DVD or CD drives ?

Hello
First excuse my poor English.
I use Twonky and WMP. Good working 3 years long...but:
My TV Smart Philips is getting 2 networks. But not my DVD drives.
I’m using computers since 30 years long I have a very great experience as a computers user.
I have 14 partitions and 4 hard drives. In the Twonky server the letters D and E of my DVD drives never appear.
ALL has been checked thoroughly. Shares, permissions, firewall. I say everything.
Twonky although Windows Media Player, no way to make appear the DVD.
Everything is perfect but on my 2 tools DLNA the letters D and E are never included. I can't share drives that do not exist.
May be is quite impossible to share DVD ? Windows experts does not know. Twonky forum does not answer !!!
Nobody knows. And here ?
I therefore ask the question here. Before trying Serviio.
