Start param retrieving content available in latest version?

I was wondering if the "start" parameter mentioned here;http://docs.serviiocds.apiary.io/#reference/0/resource/retrieve-the-resource
is already available in the latest version.

I tried to use it, but my videos only start from the beginning.
