Can't fully see Serviio after network reboot

I am running Serviio on a desktop PC running 64-bit Windows 10, hard-wired to a Linksys wireless router. My Sony Blu-Ray player is also hard-wired to the router. The other devices in my home connect wirelessly.

When I first installed Serviio over a year ago, I don't recall having to do anything special after the initial installation setup configuration. My Blu-Ray player would see the Serviio service as the yellow Serviio logo, alongside Netflix, Amazon Prime, and everything else. Life was good. :)

Recently I had a situation where I had to totally reset my home network. All this really amounted to was doing a hard-reset of my Linksys router, then naming the network, setting the channel width, etc. All the devices on the network connect to the internet fine, so everything seemed okay.

However, now my Blu-Ray player can't see the Serviio service anymore.

I hope some of this info will give a clue:

Because I recalled that Serviio worked flawlessly when I first set it up a year ago, I uninstalled it completely using IObit uninstaller, so that all traces of its previous existence (registry) were gone. I reinstalled the latest version, 1.6.1. I don't know if that is the version I was using previously, and I wanted to try to install an older version in my troubleshooting, but alas, I don't see where older versions are made available at serviio.org.

In the Serviio console Network Settings, I have Bound IP Address set to "Automatically detected". In the listed of "Connected Devices", my Sony Blu-Ray player is indeed listed.

Further confirmation that the Serviio service is present on the network is in the attached screenshot from a laptop on my network. If I stop the Serviio service on my desktop PC, "Serviio (Balls)" under "Media Devices" disappears. When I restart the service, it comes back. However, before I rebooted the network, I used to see another network place, just called Serviio, represented by the yellow Serviio icon. This was my preferred way to access Serviio, as the Media Devices way requires me to uses Windows Media Player.

Although I don't think I had to do this previously, I have now added ServiioService.exe to the allowed apps list of the Windows Firewall on my desktop PC.

As is probably apparent, I know enough about home networking to be dangerous, and that's about it. But I welcome any suggestions that will fix this situation and increase my knowledge at the same time!

Thanks in advance.
