Cannot do anything except turning on/off server [SOLVED]

Hi

Ive got Win10 Pro with no dedicated antivirus or firewall, last days installed Serviio software 5-6 times (clean installs), tried:
- different versions of Oracle Java 7 and 8 (tried with and without Java installed since this software have own Java files if im not mistaken);
- adding entries to firewall with java files, even turning off firewall,
- launching console with administrator rights,
- restartinv Serviio service, turning it on and off over and over again,
- restarting server from console (single thing that works there),
- endless manual restarts of my pc after doing anything above.
- using http://localhost:23423/console results in same error

Im connecting to my pc using build-in remote desktop service but this shouldnt have any effect on DLNA software since its not related.

All of this didnt help!. I cant change anything in console, switching random option allways gets me with same message: "Cannot connect to Serviio server, it does not seem to be running.".
In same time my hardware sees Serviio DLNA and i can open it, just few empty folders tho (since i cannot add any shares from console).

Sorry for asking, but maybe 1.6 is some kind of alfa/beta version, and i should tried lower one?. Tried this because fo my Samsung JS tv, and this version have J-series profile.

Killed service in taskmanager, opened computer management / services, started serviio service again, waited 30 secs, opened serviio console and here is result:

Ahswering myself:

I was looking inside jre folder of Serviio installation, and when i opened javacpl.exe, i was unable to update it. This was a good thing because when i went to Internet Settings \ Connections \ LAN settings, i saw that there was a configuration script pasted there. All what i did was to uncheck it and check "Automatically detect settings". Then i restarted Serviio service and now looks like everything is working propertly.
