Url does not open

Hello , I have access to TV channels stream on pc . It has channel rtmp protocol that opens on the PC but does not open in serviio . message appears: Stream URL is not valid or is not available !

Could anyone help me ?

Without more detail, it's impossible to say. Most likely, your source requires a plug-in to work. You might search that group for the site you are trying to access.
