Serviio do not show all Audio files

I have installed Serviio on a Synology NAS DS212j, but Serviio do not show all files. Its audio only.
When I look in the Media Browser and folders, it does not show all folders.

I have pointed Serviio to my iTunes music folder ( /iTunes/iTunes Media/Music )

In the console, in the welcome screen, the number 4134 is shown at the "music icon" which is way more music files than I have (have little less than 3000).

What could be wrong? :?
How long should it normally take for Serviio to find all files?
I´m running Serviio Pro v 1.6 under an evaluation license.

It might inlude the 'itunes converted' files as well, they are usually stored somewhere in the iTunes library. The missing ones could be DRMed.

Nope, the missing folders include normal ripped Apple Lossless files. I have no files purchased from iTunes.
The folders that are missing appear to be totally random.
Any suggestions?

Apple lossless is not yet supported, should come in 1.7
