Problem with enabling an onlince source stream

Hello all,

I've added an online source as live stream within serviio. Checking the stream via serviio was successful, but despite having the serviio server running it still won't enable a stream to watch on any one my client devices for this online source. I can watch the online source directly via VLC, below you find the output of the "C:\Program Files\Serviio\lib>ffmpeg -i" command:

Any help would be highly appreciated! I got this to work in the past already but just had to format my PC today and now I can't think of a solution :/.

I've just got the problem solved myself. I've exchanged the ffmpeg.exe with the most recent one from http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/ and now it works.

Hi,
I've a similar issue running Serviio on a Fedora 23 x86_64 machine: Web resources are not detected by any of my DLNA renderers.

The check stream URL on Serviio console is ok; here is the output of a ffmpeg -i command:

You might need to add transcoding of flv (online) to your profile. Which one are you using?

Hi,
I'm using "Generic DLNA Device"; my devices are:
- XTreamer Sidewinder 2
- Kodi on a Zenpad tablet

That looks fine, transcoding is there for the profile. Are you saying these are not there even when you browse on the TV? Do they exist in MediaBrowser?

Your understanding is correct: online streams show up and play nicely in MediaBrowser but they are not even listed when I access serviio from a DLNA client.
As an additional info, the same online stream once saved on the serviio server disc are listed and played on my clients..
I hope this can help to clarify the issue.

Hi Zip,
really no clue to solve this?
