until version 1.6 iI wasnt have any problem including network resources like share directories

This is a mistake or change how the things are?

It was before 1.6 update and nothing change after

I use windows 10 pro with local user and the NAS use exactly the same login credentials

In order:

• Is Serviio also running as a local user (check the Serviio Service under Services.msc)? By default it won't be.
• Which version did you update from, or more specifically, was it updated from version 1.5 onward (this is the version the library scanning mechanism changed)? You may need to enable polling.
• Check your detailed log - that may shed some light.

The upgrade might have reversed the service user back to the local system one. So double check that.
