Serviio

Help required with getting serviio to start, always relied on our son to sort out computer problems so am a complete beginner at this , so please be nice to me. He sent us a link to go to when we had problems with it not starting but all we get now is an error message saying dns failed. Have looked on the main comp and it has a serviio folder with a serviio console file a readme file, a release notes file and an uninstall file. When you click on the console file it comes back with a message saying cannot connect to serviio server it does not seem to be running. Have browsed NSA forum and it said there was a start button but I cant find one.
