Serviio v 1.4.2.1 on a NAS, unable to see just one file

Hi everybody, i'm in a trouble with a strange question about my brand new Serviio media center 1.4.2.1
I've just installed it on a NAS Zyxel NSA 325v2, it works perfectly but is unable to see (and share) just one video file.
The file is an MKV
Anyone know the reason?

My fault, serviio server version is 1.4.1.2, sorry.
The problem is still present, 6 new video have the same problem. Serviio doesn't show the mkv file.
Someone can help me?

What device are you trying to see the files on? What profile is assigned to that device? Can you see them in Mediabrowser? Do they appear under the "Folders" category? Are the missing files in one folder, and do other files in that folder show up?
Post MediaInfo information for one of the files.
