[SOLVED] missing Folders

Greteings!
I have some issue using Serviio. One folder on my disk (3 TB) from time to time becomes invisible to Serviio. In log I see only "2015-01-03 20:48:31,852 INFO [LibraryUpdatesCheckerThread] Removing 'Охотники за привидениями' (G:\movies\Охотники за привидениями\Охотники за привидениями (1984. Ghost Busters).mkv) from Library"
There are 2.5 TB of video files, some of them in Cyrillic. There are no problems with all folders on other drives...

do they work if you copy them (the cyrilic named files) on a local drive?

I think the problem is solved. There were smth wrong with permissions of that folder. I add "everyone" and the scanning process started immediately. Thank you!
