Not an existing dir or cannot be read

Hello, i'm getting this warning/error:

What to do?
I have give the Serviio-user all rights.
I'm using Serviio on my Synology DS214+ NAS, and the remote on my iMac.

Please help me

The user on NAS that runs the service has the rights?

Yes Serviio made a user named "serviio" and i have given the user same rights as the admin, read/write rights on all folder.

so if you login as that user and 'cd' to /Volumes/.... it works?
