Serviio Doesn't Recognize some avi files

I have two avi files in library that recognize and play fine.

However I have some avi's that Serviio just doesn't recognize. They play fine on my PC so they do not appear corrupted.

I followed the instructions here:

viewtopic.php?f=5&t=38

And I came to step 5 where I need to locate the FFmpeg executable. I did that, double clicked it, and the black command prompt box comes up then quickly disappears. I'm not sure where I'm supposed to type the ffmpeg.exe -i "<your_file_location>" command.

Re: Serviio Doesn't Recognize some avi files

Are they added to the library? (check the log or mediaBrowser)
