Serviio rescan files although i told him not to

In Serviio Console, I unticked the "Search for updates of currently shared files", but when I click on "Force refresh" (or if I activate the automatic refresh), Serviio keeps rescanning the existing files with h264 10bits (I see the command line it launches with Process Explorer). It doesn't seems to rescan the other existing files.
My TV (LG 50LA660S) can't read them and I haven't created a profile for it yet (so no transcoding at all for now), but VLC can read them fine.
Could you please fix the rescanning to skip ALL existing files, so I could activate again the automatic rescanning (can't let it on when having dozens/hundreds of GB with a good percentage in h264 10bits) ?
