Serviio Console v1.3 stop working with remote server on NAS

After update Serviio Console to v1.3 it stops working with my remote server on Synology NAS. (Server v1.2.1)
But with PC Serviio Server working fine.

Serviio server and Serviio Console should be at the same version...

And when you are planning to release a new version for Synology NAS?

I don't know, I'm not a NAS user.

But NAS distribution was build by the community, especialy one user "patter" has made this good job in his free time.

Same issue here. Installed 1.3 console on my MAC and thought maybe just an issue with the MAC. Went over to my PC and installed 1.3 and same issue.

Then I thought maybe Java needed updated, updated and still no go... Can't even update the NAS from 1.2.1 to 1.3 as it's not available yet.

May have to roll back the console to 1.2...

Console and server has to be the same version. You get no advantage of installing the new console version, all the functionality is on the server side.

To save a lot of people with NAS servers some time (it took me nearly an hour trying things like tweeking my firewall, disabling my anti-virus, modifying ports on my router, re-reading the FAQ, etc. before I finally gave up and came here to the forum) it would really help if on the page where you post the downloads you also mention that detail about the server and console being a matched set. I don't ever remember reading anything about that when I initially installed Serviio about 7 months ago. I agree with you... when you think about it, it does make sense that they would be but when I launched my console and it was inviting me... almost instructing me to go get the new version, I never gave it a second thought... lol. I did notice that the NAS version had not been updated but figured since there was no warning against it, I might as well install it.
