Hm... I deleted
"_JAVA_OPTIONS -Xincgc -Xms1024m -Xmx2048m"
and now the console is showing up again.
What's the problem with that variable?

No idea, maybe it tries to take too much memory (more than you have available), or the -Xincgc is somehow causing trouble
