What's the reason for the service contacting these sites?

infobyip.com:443
canyouseeme.org

Most likely for the remote IP server access IP routing........would be my guess.

Yes, it's for checks if the remote ports are open. It also checks your public ip for the Alexa skill

I don't use Serviio outside of my LAN and don't use Alexa, so is there a way to prevent this type of communication?
