i make some video's with my smartphone in mp4 format
When i tray to play the video om the tv philips 32PFL5007H/12 i only hear the sound and the screen is black

It's possible your phone is recording the video in a format your TV doesn't support. Post the video information here. See my sig line for help in gathering that information.
