Serviio

is there a "HOW-TO" out there?
I know that serviio works great but I'd like to remove serviio so that I can do a completely new install. I've searched the net but no go. doesn't look like anyone has removed the entire package. I will need to keep my data untouched.
I'm running servillo on a synology D211j.

Any help would be great.
