Hi,

this may be a stupid question, but before I "waste" a lot of money I would like to know, if Serviio is available and running on a QNAP TVS-871?

Also, how well does it handle the AES256 encryption when the HDDs are not automatically decrypted after the boot-up, I imagine, at least the "library" folder is not located on the dev of the OS?

Serviio is available for x86 and x64 architectures in the store, so it should be available for your model. I guess you could always confirm it with their sales team.
